What is Keyuraa jewellery made of?
Our jewellery is crafted from surgical-grade stainless titanium steel and finished with three premium layers of 18K gold plating. We use top-quality, hypoallergenic materials and cubic zirconia crystals that are safe for sensitive skin.
How long does the plating last? Can I wear it in water?
Yes! Our jewellery is water-resistant and tarnish-free. You can safely swim, shower, and sunbathe in it. In lab tests, it survived 2 weeks in salted water with no corrosion, and in real life, our pieces last a year or more with daily use.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 is applied.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We offer a 2-day return policy for a full refund and a 7-day exchange window. To start the process, simply go to your "Orders" page and click on "Apply for Return/Exchange".
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your cart, create an account (or log in), and proceed to checkout. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order will have been dispatched and cannot be cancelled.
Is it safe to buy from Keyuraa?
