2-Day Return & 7-Day Exchange

At Keyuraa, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium anti-tarnish 18K gold plated jewellery, we offer:

  • 2-Day Hassle-Free Returns: For a full refund, please initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery.
  • 7-Day Easy Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your piece for another design, you have a 7-day window from the date of delivery.

Additionally, we stand behind our quality with a 180-Day Global Warranty on the anti-tarnish finish of our stainless titanium steel pieces.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your jewellery must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging, including all tags and boxes
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

Damaged or Wrong Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us at hello@keyuraa.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a priority pick-up and provide a full refund or a fresh replacement at no extra cost to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and complete a quality check, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Online Payments

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment mode (Card, UPI, or Net Banking).

Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, we will request your bank details to transfer the refund via IMPS/NEFT.

Non-Returnable Items

While we try to be as flexible as possible, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or engraved jewellery
  • Items purchased during a Clearance Sale
  • Products that show signs of wear or have been altered

What if I receive a damaged item?

We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Can I exchange for a different design?

Yes, we offer one-time exchanges for size or design within a 7-day window from the date of delivery.
